Q: Which power supply would you recommend for the AP1 Compact ?
A: We highly recommend the Cioks power supplies, if you need multiple DC outlets.
Q: Can I use a 12VDC supply ?
A: Yes – you can use anywhere from 9VDC to 18VDC.
Q: Can I use my 12VDC @ 500mA power supply with the AP1 Compact ?
A: Yes you can. The AP1 Compact requires a minimum of 100mA – so everything higher than 100mA is fine.
Voltage (VDC) should always be precisely what the unit requires.
Current (mA) should be the same or higher as required by the unit.
The unit will only draw the amount of current it requires.
